These terms describe use of the Odogg Productions website. Any project-specific rights, services, fees, deliverables, or obligations exist only when they are confirmed in a separate written agreement.

Music previews and site content

Music, artwork, text, and other material presented on this site are for listening, evaluation, and informational purposes. Accessing a preview does not grant permission to copy, sample, release, synchronize, distribute, perform, monetize, or otherwise use the music.

Licensing and custom work

A form submission, conversation, availability note, or quote does not create a license or transfer rights. Any approved use must be documented in a written agreement that identifies the music, media, territory, term, fee, credit, deliverables, exclusivity, and other applicable conditions.

Custom production, scoring, stems, revisions, mixing, and creative finishing are scoped by project. No fixed price, delivery promise, or usage right should be inferred from the website copy.

Catalog information

Availability and metadata should be confirmed before relying on them. Nothing on this site should be read as an unverified client commission, credit, endorsement, or rights clearance.

Collaboration submissions

Submitting material does not create a partnership, ownership transfer, representation agreement, or obligation to use the material. You must own or be authorized to share anything you submit. This collaboration submission language is temporary and pending legal review.
